Hello Guitar Instructors and Musicians!
❌ Are you struggling to find new, committed students for your guitar lessons?
❌ Are you taking on students that you don’t really want to teach but you have to, to keep the lights on?
❌ Tired of wondering when your next paycheck will come in due to inconsistent or low-paying gigs?
❌ Are you feeling overwhelmed trying to balance teaching, gigs and personal life?
❌ Having trouble standing out in a crowded market with a few students of different ages and skill levels joining here and there throughout the year?
❌ Are you finding it hard to decide on what to teach your students or don’t really feel confident enough to teach guitar?
What If…
✅ You had a financially stable, consistent income from Guitar Teaching and had WAY more time to focus on your music, hobbies, family & travel?
✅ You had a steady stream of students who you love to teach because they are excited to learn from you? (And don’t flake on you last minute because of your studio policy! (more on that in the course)
✅ You had a lucrative guitar teaching business so you could use the extra money to buy new guitar gear or go overseas without worrying about money?
✅ You were so confident in your teaching, your marketing and business management that you grew your guitar teaching business to over $1000+ per week and then more through Group Teaching?
It’s all possible. Why? Because over the past couple of years, I went from a broke busker to a successful guitar teacher earning a great income (more than most jobs) and only working 14 hours a week.
Hi, I’m Alex and I was the epitome of a struggling musician.
I always knew that I wanted to pursue a career in music. Straight out of school, I went to Uni and studied music.
I recorded songwriters, did super low-paying gigs, mowed lawns, busked on the street for hours and basically hustled to earn just enough money to pay the rent each week.
I was in such a financial hole after I finished my music degree that I clearly remember going out with my friends one night and having to run ten kilometres home because I had no money for an Uber.
That all changed when I started teaching guitar.
Maths wasn’t my forte in school but I was able to work out that if I had 5 guitar students per weekday (when I wasn’t doing gigs), I would earn $200 a day or $1000 per week! That’s my rent paid and tonnes left over to save. No more busking for pennies, working terrible part-time jobs or mowing lawns in the Australian heat.
But as a creative type, I had no idea on how to build my own teaching business. How do I get new students who want to learn? Should I get paid in cash? What should I teach them and in what order?
I was exactly where you might be now - juggling gigs and a handful of students, but never quite breaking through. I knew I had the musical skills, but when it came to business..I was a a bit lost.
I struggled with inconsistent student numbers, my pricing was all over the place and honestly, I had no clue how to market my lessons. It was frustrating hearing from my family that my dream of teaching full-time was impossible.
I delved into marketing, business, personal development and guitar method books and slowly answered all those questions over the coming years.
I have learnt so much through trial and error and streamlined my business, marketing and teaching practices. I even signed up 20+ students, advertising for $0 in local community groups! A strategy that we go over in this course.
That’s why I created this comprehensive Guitar Teaching Mastery Course. It is the course I WISH I had when I first started out and I believe that wherever you are in your guitar teaching journey, it will really help you take your guitar teaching business to the next level.
It includes everything you need to know about running a successful guitar teaching business, from attracting and retaining students, setting the right prices, how and what to teach students and correctly managing and growing your business so you can earn over $1000 per week.

🎸 My life now as a Guitar Teacher 🎸
✅ Currently Teach 44 Active Students at my Guitar School and am not looking to expand any further
✅ A few years in, switched to teaching exclusively group classes
✅ Now earn over $9000 per month while working 14 hours a week (afternoons only 4 days a week)
✅ Able to travel the world in my 12 weeks of holidays per year (and still get paid due to my studio policy that my students agreed to)
✅ Develop life-long guitar players and get paid handsomely for it!
✅ Have SO much time during the day to work on other projects or hobbies
Now my current income as a group guitar teacher is quite different to when I was a 1-1 teacher
But even as a 1-1 teacher, I was still earning $440 per day teaching 3 students during the day and 8 in the afternoon (4 days a week) ($7040 per month)
And you can too!
This course will give you all the teaching, business and marketing advice to get to that level and surpass it if you choose to go into group class teaching.
